Ok a more detailed description (and just as exciting):

In order to add more value to Contruent Ent (Web) we have the opportunity to improve the user experience and limit the out-of-product experience requiring spreadsheets and the related risks to data integrity.   Users access the data they need to do their work (including workflows such as Change Mgmt, Updating Cost Forecasts / EAC, Updating TPDs).  This data is accessed by navigating to specific projects, specific cost accounts and  into specific views such as cost, contracts, engineering, etc. in order.  This also results in the user only seeing part of the information they need to complete a workflow. Magic Grid makes the view more usable and detailed — but also easier to read.  

At release users will lean less on spreadsheets and be more efficient in their day-to-day work. Users will be able to: 

Project Controllers (core users) , Project Managers, Field Construction Manager, and other “light users” (so everyone, really)

Magic Grid Web UX

Extend the capabilities of Contruent to manage tactical field aspects of construction and project controls. Workflows include field progress capture, time capture, and event issue capture on both web and mobile formats to encourage high-quality input from contractors

Field Mgmt and Progress

Enhanced, in-product, ways to leverage documents and artifacts on projects. Such enhancements include a singular point to locate various documents and files along with in-workflow preview of documents, files, and photos. 

Users will benefit from quick-to-access review of files and streamlined workflows to open, edit, and save files.
